These Terms and Conditions govern your use of DBStores.uk and the purchase of products from our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use this website. We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always appear on our website.

DBStores.uk is an online e-commerce platform operated by Db Enterprisee Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16547297.

Registered office: Claridge Drive, Middleton, Milton Keynes, United Kingdom.

All contracts for the sale of goods are entered into with Db Enterprisee Ltd.

Our warehouse operations are based in Milton Keynes and Felixstowe. There is no public access for order collection. However Items can be collected from the registered address.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By using this website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP. The price payable is the price shown at checkout at the time you place your order.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an error is identified, we will contact you before processing the order.

Delivery charges, where applicable, are displayed at checkout.

Order Placement and Acceptance

Orders can be placed through our website DBStores.uk or by contacting +44 7352617599.

Once your order is placed, we will assign an order number. This is your reference for future inquiries.

An order confirmation email confirms receipt of your order. Acceptance occurs only when we dispatch the goods and send a dispatch confirmation.

If we cannot accept your order, we will inform you and issue a refund if payment has been taken. This may occur due to stock shortages, payment issues, or unexpected limitations on resources.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and delivery details.

Delivery

Delivery to MK postcode areas is free.

All orders above £25 qualify for free delivery.

For other UK areas, delivery charges will be displayed at checkout.

For MK deliveries, two delivery slots are available daily:
11AM, cutoff 10AM
7PM, cutoff 6PM

For the rest of the UK, standard delivery times apply. Contact us if next day delivery is required.

Delivery times quoted at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control. If supply is delayed due to external events, we will notify you as soon as possible and take reasonable steps to reduce the impact. If there is a substantial delay, you may cancel and receive a refund for products not received.

Risk passes to you once goods are delivered to the address provided.

Cancellation Rights:

You may cancel your order before it is processed by contacting us immediately.

If you cancel before dispatch, we will issue a full refund.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel after delivery, you must inform us in writing within 14 days of receipt.

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.

Certain goods are non refundable, including personalised items, custom made goods, and sealed products that are unsuitable for return once opened for hygiene reasons.

Returns and Faulty Goods:

If goods are faulty or damaged, contact us by email or phone within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs. We will review claims within 2 working days. It is your responsibility to arrange return of goods unless agreed otherwise in advance. Goods will not be accepted for return after 30 days from delivery. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging unless faulty.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For cancelled orders, refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods or proof of return. We may reduce the refund if the value of the goods has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

Payment:

We accept payment methods displayed on the website. Payment must be completed before dispatch. We use secure payment providers and do not store full card details.

Privacy and Data Protection:

We collect personal information such as name, address, email address, and telephone number to process orders and provide support.

Information is stored on secure encrypted servers.
